Eierman Elite Wrestling trains year round.  Up-to-date information about our club and any changes to the practice schedule will be posted on our Facebook page. During folkstyle season, additional practice days may be added to the weekly schedule.

Eierman Elite Wrestling camps show high level learning techniques for wrestlers of all ages. These camps are intended for athletes to evolve and learn new techniques to become a better wrestler both physically and mentally. The goal is simple: to get better on the mat every day.

These camps are not intended to change a wrestler’s individual style, but rather to add to their arsenal of technique. There will be plenty of coaches to make sure that everyone gets the individual attention they need to understand the technique.

The overnight cost will include meals and snacks during the camps. Kids can bring any additional snacks or drinks that they wish. Kids are REQUIRED to bring things to sleep on such as pillows and blankets/sleeping bags. Overnight campers will sleep on the wrestling mats in the wrestling building. Find more information for overnight camps at the bottom of this page.

Join the Evolution!

Our goal at Eierman Elite Wrestling camps is to help wrestlers continue to evolve and advance with superior technique. We will not use your valuable time with cookie cutter techniques that wrestlers already know and have drilled many, many times. All camps will cover offensive attacks and counter attack techniques that consistently show success across all levels of wrestling. The daily schedule will include technical instruction by Mike Eierman and guest coaches. There is also time designated to drilling, live wrestling, practice matches, and mental and nutritional preparation.

Camps are regularly attended by wrestlers from numerous states. Camps held at the Eierman Elite Wrestling facilities will typically be limited to somewhere around 40 wrestlers. Because of this small size, wrestlers can constantly interact with coaches to receive personal attention and guidance. Wrestlers of all ages are welcome at any camp and are welcome to bring snacks and drinks. See the About EEW page for more information about Mike Eierman and Eierman Elite Wrestling. The EEW room will create champions… are you ready?

Overnight Camps

Many of the EEW camps will be optional overnight camps. If your wrestler(s) wants to stay overnight, please bring the following:

  • pillow

  • sleeping bag

  • change of clothes

  • swim trunks

  • toiletries

  • towel

  • fishing pole (optional)

  • tent (optional)

The overnight cost will include three meals a day and additional snacks. Wrestlers are also permitted to bring any snacks or drinks that they would like. If your wrestler has any food allergies, please plan accordingly.

During the time that they are at camp, all youth wrestlers will be chaperoned by high school and college wrestlers. Between wrestling sessions, there will be plenty of activities including hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and a bonfire. The wrestling room will be open for wrestlers and Camping/RV space is available on the property. Mike’s residence shares the same property at the EEW facilities. The property backs up to the 733 acre Little Dixie Lake Conservation Area.
